📋 Description

• Own Halter's website; ship landing pages and experiments in Webflow.
• Lead migration to a custom headless-CMS-backed site; own it end-to-end.
• Own conversion rate: page experience, lead forms, speed, and on-page SEO.
• Build ABM landing experiences per brief; partner with channel owners.
• AI-native: page builds, copy, tests; MCP server, n8n.
• Track funnel results and fix issues across the funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Front-end engineer with React/Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS; headless CMS.
• Experience migrating a site from hosted to custom build without SEO/perf regressions.
• Data-driven with a track record of experiments and tests.
• Own a website as a codebase, not just a page builder.
• AI-native mindset; knowledge of MCP server; experience with n8n.
• Strong on technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
