📋 Description

• Own the contributor funnel end to end: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation
• Build acquisition channels: convert Roboflow's registered developers into contributors, run paid
• Stand up expert cohorts on demand: when Labs commits to a delivery for a frontier lab, recruit that
• Set and benchmark compensation: maintain a live view of what competing platforms pay by role and
• Protect the network: screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles where you owned a
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce: contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor, or
• Real curiosity about how frontier models are trained and why expert human data matters; you'll need
• Nice to have: familiarity with computer vision, robotics, or developer communities, or having been
