• Own autonomous outbound engine across segments and messaging
• Lead and grow the growth team, set operating standards
• Own budget and channel investments with data-driven tradeoffs
• Design AI-powered campaigns to scale personalization
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across emails, mail, and digital
• Run structured A/B tests and translate results to strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years B2B demand gen or growth at high-growth tech co
• 2+ years leading and developing a team
• Proven budget ownership and channel tradeoffs
• Experience building AI-powered GTM workflows (Clay or similar)
• Comfort building new motions from ambiguity
• Strong segmentation, intent signals, and account prioritization
