Growth Lead, Brazil

📋 Description

• Partner with regional and market leaders to set a Brazil growth plan and market-level roadmap
• Use user research, funnel and cohort data, and competitive insight to find local friction and
• Run performance marketing tests in collaboration with regional marketers across relevant channels
• Design and run rigorous experiments across onboarding, activation, repeat usage, re-engagement, and
• Partner with regional Marketing and central media teams to brief and prioritize audience
• Own the regional growth scorecard with market-level views across acquisition, retention, paid

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across product growth, growth marketing, data science, or growth strategy
• A user-first track record of turning local research and behavior into product and growth
• Strong command of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels, including
• Practical performance marketing experience across audience, channel, creative, and measurement
• Analytical fluency in cohort analysis and growth economics, including incrementality, LTV, CAC
• Experience adapting and running campaigns across Latin American markets, using local audience
