📋 Description

• Own the growth strategy for the discovery marketplace, driving traffic, consumer engagement, GMV
• Design and execute a continuous experimentation program, including A/B tests across landing
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs from the ground up, including recommendation newsletters
• Develop and scale organic growth initiatives through SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO)
• Improve creator success by connecting listed creators with qualified buyers, analyzing
• Establish comprehensive growth reporting, tracking funnel performance by category, cohort retention

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrated track record of owning and growing revenue or GMV across multiple channels, with
• Experience building lifecycle email marketing programs from scratch, with an understanding of
• Proven ability to acquire email subscribers efficiently and increase their long-term value through
• A hands-on approach to growth execution, with the ability to create campaigns, build pages
• A strong understanding of marketplace business models and network effects, particularly the
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills, including the ability to design tests, interpret
