📋 Description

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic and GMV
• Run A/B tests to acquire, engage, and retain traffic
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs from scratch
• Develop SEO and AEO programs for organic growth
• Drive creator success by sending converting buyers
• Track funnel performance and own reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning a revenue or GMV number
• Experience with email and lifecycle marketing
• Skilled in acquiring email subscribers profitably
• Comfortable as hands-on player-coach
• Deep understanding of marketplaces and network effects
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills (CEFR C2)
