🎯 Requirements

Significant growth marketing or SMB GTM experience with measurable ownership.
Improved self-serve/product-led SMB funnels; fast strategy-to-execution.
Highly analytical; skilled in funnel/cohort analysis and experiments.
Strong product instincts; partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science.
AI-native: use tools to speed up testing, analysis, and workflows.
Experience growing advertisers via scaled self-serve platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Reddit).
