• Proven growth track record with a specific, sizeable impact.
• Numbers-driven: hypotheses, tests and big bets.
• SQL is second nature; Python, Pandas; GA4 or Amplitude.
• Use AI fluently to dig in, build, move faster.
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity; hands dirty.
• Collaborate well with developers, specialists and partners.
