Growth - Lifecycle Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with product to set lifecycle vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Shape tooling for identity, audiences, eligibility, consent, triggers.
• Define scalable deployment workflows with templates, approvals, governance.
• Translate audience and business goals into evergreen journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, monetization.
• Lead design and optimization of templates and journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging.
• Partner with Growth DS to build measurement system linking reach, delivery, engagement, and value.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, growth, or marketing tech.
• Proven track record scaling lifecycle tooling with Engineering across teams/products.
• Strong fluency in event and identity models, data pipelines, APIs.
• Deep campaign and journey craft for evergreen programs.
• Strong experimentation and measurement judgment (incrementality, holdouts).
• Experience creating operating models, governance, templates, and QA.
• Executive-level cross-functional influence across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Analytics.
• Hands-on, systems-oriented leadership in a fast-moving environment.
