Growth Management- GM/ AVP- Lending

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth analysis across unsecured lending from impressions to activation and credit use
• Analyze marketing funnels at atomic level using event, clickstream, and impression data
• Use CleverTap, SQL, Looker and Superset to track funnels and cohort behavior
• Form data-backed hypotheses and run experiments to validate growth opportunities
• Lead cohort analysis across user segments
• Partner with Product teams to improve user journeys and reduce funnel friction

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth, analytics, or product strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset
• Hands-on CleverTap (or similar) and deep funnel knowledge
• Strong command over SQL and BI tools (Looker preferred)
• Ability to work with granular event and clickstream data
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
