📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and
• Lead growth planning, execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization for an established
• Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation, automation, A/B
• Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout
• Create and publish marketing content (landing pages, blogs, emails, lead magnets, social) using
• Build and maintain marketing automation using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, preferably as a founding/sole marketer or key contributor in a small
• Proven experience designing and executing AI-powered marketing workflows that boost productivity
• Strong expertise in email marketing and lifecycle management with improved engagement, retention
• Hands-on experience running CRO experiments and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to independently execute full marketing initiatives from copy to landing page optimization
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, and social media.
