Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow the revenue line; top-line growth.
• Run ROAS dial with Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio daily.
• Develop proactive account instincts and tests.
• Bridge commercial and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the playbook; document improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Growth/marketing experience with advertiser accounts and revenue growth.
• Data-driven; read dashboards and tell data stories; not a data scientist.
• Strong commercial and technical communication between advertisers and algorithm teams.
• Bonus: exposure to ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU.
• Experience with Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Ability to own initiatives; self-driven and fast-moving.
