📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns and optimize performance across channels
• Drive CRO on landing, pricing, sign-up, and checkout flows
• Create marketing content (landing pages, blogs, emails, lead magnets, social) using AI-assisted
• Build and maintain marketing automation with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier
• Monitor performance via analytics and present data-driven recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a small, execution-focused team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise
• Proven CRO experience with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
• Experience creating content across emails, websites, blogs, social
