📋 Description

• Define and drive deposits growth strategy end-to-end.
• Own the deposits acquisition budget and allocation.
• Understand user needs and trust factors.
• Generate and run growth experiments across channels.
• Use data to choose bets and coordinate across teams.
• Build a robust experiment tracking system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing; fintech a plus.
• Self-starter who generates ideas and ships them.
• Track record of tests that shipped and moved metrics.
• Comfortable with CAC, LTV, activation, retention; GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau.
• Hands-on with qualitative and quantitative research; user interviews and studies.
• Strong project management; multi-thread coordination.
