📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns, optimize performance, and run continuous experiments across marketing channels
• Build and optimize email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation, automation, A/B
• Drive CRO on landing, pricing, sign-up flows, and checkout experiences
• Create/publish content across landing pages, blogs, emails, lead magnets, social media (AI-assisted
• Develop marketing automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a small, execution-focused team
• Experience designing/executing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise
• Proven CRO experience with data-driven decisions
• Ability to independently execute campaigns from copy to landing page to launch
• Experience creating content across digital channels (email, websites, blogs, social)
