Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow revenue and top-line growth driven by data.
• Run ROAS dial; adjust targets hourly with Hex/Amplitude/Looker Studio.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams; coordinate with engineering.
• Contribute to the playbook; document process improvements.
• Move fast; deliver impactful results and take initiative.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with performance marketing metrics: ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU.
• Proficient with Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio; SQL-notebook tools.
• Experience managing advertiser/partner accounts in perf marketing or rewarded UA.
• Ability to read dashboards and tell data-driven stories.
• Strong bilingual communication: commercial and technical.
