Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns, optimize performance, and run continuous experimentation across channels
• Lead email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation, automation, A/B testing
• Drive CRO on landing pages, pricing, sign-up flows, and checkout
• Create/publish content for landing pages, blogs, emails, lead magnets, and social media using AI
• Build/maintain marketing automation with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a small, execution-focused team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Expertise in email marketing and lifecycle management
• Experience running CRO experiments and data-driven decisions
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives end-to-end
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, social media
