6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with most of that time in demand generation or growth roles where
A track record of owning a pipeline target across multiple EMEA markets
2+ years managing marketers directly, while still owning programs of your own
Hands-on experience across field and events, ABM, partner marketing, and paid digital
Experience owning a marketing budget, forecasting the pipeline it should return, and reallocating
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation and pipeline attribution
