📋 Description

  • Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
  • Grow revenue top-line; drive growth, not activity.
  • Run the ROAS dial; adjust bids by offer, geo, OS daily.
  • Catch issues early; push budget increases and tests.
  • Translate between commercial and technical teams.
  • Ship the playbook; document growth SOPs weekly.

🎯 Requirements

  • You're hungry for a challenge and own outcomes.
  • You tell stories with data; spot revenue shifts fast.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Bonus: knowledge of platform metrics (ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU).
  • Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing or rewarded UA.
  • Proven growth of a book of business (e.g., €2M→€8M) and/or consulting background; Hex experience.
