📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product and run campaigns across channels.
• Lead planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive optimization.
• Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with automation.
• Drive CRO across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout.
• Create and publish content (landing pages, blogs, emails, social content) using AI tools.
• Build and maintain marketing automation with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing with hands-on execution in small teams.
• Experience designing and executing AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise.
• Proven CRO experience with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives from copy to launch and analysis.
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, and social.
