• Own growth initiatives across multiple channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Develop omni-channel strategies across paid ads, email, SEO, and other channels.
• Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve campaigns.
• Create and refine acquisition funnels to increase lead quality and conversions.
• Engage with prospects and support transition from marketing demand to opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in marketing, growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, paid, SEO, etc.).
• Ability to manage campaigns independently and optimize based on data.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure results and translate learnings to action.
• Comfortable engaging directly with prospects and supporting conversions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and ownership mindset.
