🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years in growth, digital, demand gen, or content marketing.
• Ran inbound or growth campaigns that generated leads or demos.
• Strong writing; turn inputs into clear content.
• Understand how content, distribution, paid, email, and follow-up work together.
• Set up and manage your own tracking and reporting.
• Independent; able to work with limited guidance in an early market.
