  • Manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencer, and other performance channels
  • Collaborate with creative partners, designers, and influencers to maintain a steady pipeline of high-performing, scroll-stopping ad creatives
  • Set up, test, and analyze experiments related to creative, discounting, user journey, and attribution
  • Track and report on key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency

  • Identify and test emerging growth channels, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of performance trends

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, ideally within a D2C e-commerce or subscription brand
  • 2+ years hands-on Meta media buying experience
  • Strong understanding of CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI
  • Experience collaborating with designers, influencers, and creative partners to produce engaging ad content
  • Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets and GA4; basic SQL a plus
  • Creative intuition โ€” you know what performs, why it works, and how to scale it
