🎯 Requirements

  • Paid media expertise: hands-on in paid social and Google advertising.
  • Performance optimization: strong analytics, optimize CPA/ROAS/conversion metrics.
  • Creative testing: experience with structured testing programs and scaling insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work with analytics, product, creative, operations, and growth.
  • Analytical mindset & AI fluency: interpret data, leverage AI tools in workflows.
