📋 Description

• Own growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, content-led, lifecycle, and account-based
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and events
• Lead the team in building a scalable growth engine and data-driven programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience.
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise GTM motions.
• Experience across paid, organic, content, and events; budgeting and ROI reporting.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, analytics tooling; comfortable with AI-enabled tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
• Builder mindset and ability to bring structure to a scaling organization.
