📋 Description

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns: Build, launch, maintain, and optimize campaigns across Google
• Advance AI-native marketing operations: Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for campaign
• Execute a structured testing program: Manage a prioritized testing backlog covering audiences
• Measure and interpret experiments: Run A/B and multivariate tests, conversion and brand lift
• Optimize for downstream conversions: Configure and use offline conversion tracking to feed CRM
• Lead creative experimentation: Partner with creative colleagues to develop test briefs, launch

🎯 Requirements

• Performance marketing experience: At least four years of hands-on growth and performance marketing
• Significant advertising budget ownership: Personally managed at least $1 million in cumulative
• Advanced Google Ads expertise: Strong recent experience with Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen
• Paid social and professional advertising expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta
• AI fluency: Daily use of AI tools for performance analysis, search-term mining, audience research
• Experimentation expertise: Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, including
