• Lead global Host SEM across major search platforms.
• Develop and execute the Host SEM roadmap to drive growth.
• Design, execute, and scale SEM experiments for ROI.
• Collaborate with Supply, Data Science, Eng, Brand, and Finance to enable scalable growth.
• Own end-to-end reporting and provide insights to inform investments.
• Communicate strategy and performance to leadership with clear narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years SEM experience at a fast-paced consumer tech company.
• Proven track record owning large-scale acquisition with multi-million budgets.
• Deep SEM stack expertise: bidding, measurement, attribution, tracking, feed mgmt.
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution; proficient in SQL.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or quantitative field.
