• 5–6+ years of total marketing experience
• Hands-on paid ads/paid media experience, growth marketing breadth
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build out workflows and processes from scratch
• Strong B2B marketing experience
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Python, Zapier
