📋 Description

• Own Meta Ads channel; manage campaigns with CAC, ROAS targets
• Weekly budget allocations across campaigns, audiences, and placements using performance data
• Synthesize performance from Meta Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, and internal reports; surface attribution insights
• Collaborate with in-house creative team to brief concepts, test ads, mitigate creative fatigue
• Design and execute Meta experiments (A/B and incrementality) with data science collaboration
• Produce weekly channel performance reports for leadership with trends and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years in Growth Marketing or User Acquisition with a strong paid social focus
• Deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise at scale; six-figure+ monthly budgets; full lifecycle
• Strong grasp of mobile attribution; iOS vs Android differences; attribution complexity
• Experience with incrementality testing and A/B experimentation; test design
• Comfortable with large datasets; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear, confident communicator; translate performance into leadership-ready insights
