📋 Description

• Set strategy and lead execution and optimization of Meta and TikTok campaigns to drive efficient
• Manage paid social budget allocation across channels, campaigns, and products
• Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign
• Lead creative strategy and testing with creative team
• Identify new growth opportunities on platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing $MM budgets and optimizing Meta and TikTok campaigns
• Track record of maintaining efficiency while scaling paid social spend
• Comfort in fast-moving, high-ownership, ambiguous environment
• Strong creative instincts and ability to turn customer insights into effective creative
• Systems mindset and experience building scalable processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions
