📋 Description

• Own and scale paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube
• Lead agencies to guide strategy, evaluate performance, and prioritize experiments
• Balance CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact
• Manage six-figure monthly media investments with forecasting and efficiency
• Build evergreen campaign structures and test new audiences and creative
• Drive SEO and organic growth with internal teams and agency partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation
• Deep expertise managing paid search and paid social at scale (six-figure budgets)
• Strong SEO, organic growth, and search intent optimization
• Experience managing external agencies across paid media and/or SEO
• Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution, lead scoring, and lead routing
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on channel analysis
