📋 Description

• Own channel performance and P&L across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Hands-on operator with bid strategies, pacing, targeting, and funnel optimization.
• Lead structured experimentation with creative, content, and data science teams.
• Champion AI and Agentic AI workflows to accelerate optimization and personalization.
• Influence creative, content, product, and analytics strategies to drive growth.
• Support data-insight-action growth using our customer data platform and data tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years’ growth/performance marketing in multi-channel, global orgs.
• Proven channel ownership with measurable ROI, revenue, and pipeline.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn, Meta, RollWorks, DSPs, CDPs.
• Bid strategies, funnel optimization, and A/B/creative testing.
• Excel pivot tables, BI tools (Sisense, Data Studio), attribution models.
• Experience with data science teams on predictive modeling and incrementality testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA asset).
