📋 Description

• Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that increases qualified inbound demand and
• Own monthly forecasting and performance reporting for qualified inbound, collaborating with
• Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and community channels, including budget allocation
• Run weekly experiments across landing pages, offers, forms, audiences, and messaging to improve
• Optimize the entire journey from initial engagement to held meetings, including speed to lead
• Improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, including at least 2 years
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, including reporting, query
• A strong experimentation mindset, with the ability to test frequently, learn quickly, and
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and paid acquisition platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Proven experience improving conversion throughout the marketing funnel, from initial engagement to
• Ability to forecast performance, communicate results clearly, and provide actionable
