📋 Description

• Own end-to-end advisor acquisition strategy across channels.
• Lead hypothesis-driven experiments from idea to scale with defined metrics.
• Build repeatable testing frameworks for evaluating new opportunities.
• Guide channel investments based on incrementality and ROAS targets.
• Lead acquisition cadence: daily pacing, weekly scorecards, monthly analyses.
• Partner with Data/Creative/Site teams to design measurement and AI-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning growth/perf marketing channels from strategy to execution.
• Demonstrated success building structured experimentation frameworks enabling scalable decisions.
• Strong understanding of incrementality measurement (holdout/geo/matched tests).
• Deep understanding of lifetime value, CAC, ROI, and downstream performance as drivers of acquisition strategy.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across marketing, data, creative, product, and tech.
