Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Paid Programs

📋 Description

• Drive paid search and paid social (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) strategy, budget pacing, and performance.
• Manage our paid media agency day to day, and hold them to pipeline and CAC, not impressions and
• Run continuous creative, audience, and bid experiments, then scale what works and cut what doesn't.
• Manage our Qualified AI SDR: build and launch campaigns in the tool, and improve our existing
• Work with the SDR team to build a feedback loop on handoffs, lead quality, and meeting-to-pipeline
• Track AI SDR performance and share regular readouts on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to try

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing
• A track record of managing agencies and budgets against pipeline targets.
• At least one AI agent or automated workflow you built and shipped that's in real use. Be ready to
• Comfort with LLM tools, prompt design, and no-code or low-code automation.
• A strong analytical mindset: you read the data, find the problem, and fix it.
• You think in pipeline, not leads.
