📋 Description

• Develop and deliver multi-channel acquisition and retargeting strategies across mobile and PC
• Independently execute and optimize campaigns across advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google
• Apply mobile measurement partner tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) and SKAN 4.0 frameworks to test, measure
• Deliver attribution analysis, reporting tools, and identification of data gaps
• Design and deliver structured A/B testing plans across channels, campaign variables, and audiences
• Develop, execute, and deliver an ASO strategy and testing plan across app storefronts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing/UA experience with proven track record in mobile gaming or
• Expertise working directly inside self-serve ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs) and Mobile
• Deep understanding of SKAN 4.0 measurement is required
• Experience running ASO test plans (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or third-party ASO
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to design A/B tests, interpret complex funnel data, and
