Growth Marketing Manager, Discoverability

📋 Description

• Own organic acquisition across SEO and AEO/GEO; target traffic, visibility, and signups.
• Lead technical SEO: crawl/indexing, schema, CWV, rendering, and links; collaborate with Web Eng.
• Build our answer-engine strategy for AI surfaces and coding agents.
• Define how content is retrieved and cited; ensure Vercel is the reference.
• Partner with Content/PMM to build scalable content architecture.
• Define measurement and experimentation: instrument funnels, dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or technical/growth marketing with scale.
• Genuinely technical: schema, rendering, indexation; crawl analysis; coding with engineers.
• Familiarity with Next.js or modern frontend rendering is a strong plus.
• Strong on content/strategy: IA, page structure, editorial quality; drive rankings.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO across AI surfaces; tested retrieval and citation methods.
• Fluent in analytics stacks (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, BigQuery).
