📋 Description

• Own retention and engagement marketing strategy across push notifications, email, and in-app
• Define lifecycle marketing priorities, success metrics, strategic roadmap, and opportunities for
• Partner with Lifecycle Lead to establish business outcomes and communicate performance, insights
• Build, launch, and optimize sophisticated CRM campaigns and automated journeys designed to increase
• Develop and manage behavioral segmentation, triggers, personalization, and customer journeys across
• Own the lifecycle experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product, identifying

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience developing and managing lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing
• Extensive experience building and executing complex, multi-step CRM campaigns involving multiple
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze or comparable
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, including segmentation, behavioral
• Proven ability to use analytics and experimentation methodologies to identify opportunities, test
• Strong understanding of marketing automation systems and experience developing capabilities that
