🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in growth marketing. You've owned a full lifecycle marketing program from the ground up —
• Strong SQL skills required — you're comfortable pulling and QA-ing your own data and don't wait on
• You have a system for experiment prioritization — impact scoring, clear success metrics, and a
