📋 Description

• Manage and scale consumer Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok
• Identify opportunities to expand into new social platforms, audiences, tactics, and channels that
• Lead the development and execution of the emerging B2B/Pro paid social strategy.
• Own in-house campaign management, including budget pacing, bid optimization, audience segmentation
• Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social testing roadmaps across audiences, creative concepts
• Establish a continuous test-and-learn culture by translating performance insights into new

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs, ideally across
• Deep hands-on expertise with at least two major social advertising platforms, such as Meta
• Demonstrated success identifying and launching new channels, audiences, tactics, or growth
• Proven ability to use creative, marketing technology, automation, and AI tools to improve
• Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and tools
• Practical experience with incrementality testing, media mix modeling, A/B testing, lift testing
