Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

📋 Description

• Execute and improve paid search strategy to drive customer and pro growth
• Manage SEM across Google and Microsoft, hitting KPIs
• Develop experimentation roadmap for ad copy, keywords, bidding
• Partner with data science and engineering to build automation
• Own tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics
• Fluency with generative AI and automation tools in SEM

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in paid digital advertising with proven growth
• Experience improving SEM via testing, optimization, automation, and creative
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of ad vendors
• Define and execute on a 6–12 month roadmap with milestones
• Experience with TROAS + LTV bidding
• Strong data analytics skills (pivot tables, vlookup, basic modeling)
