Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

📋 Description

• Execute and improve Thumbtack’s paid search strategy for growth
• Manage and grow SEM across Google and Microsoft with KPIs
• Develop an experimentation roadmap for ad copy and bidding
• Partner with data science, analytics, and engineering to build automation
• Own tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in paid digital advertising with growth results
• Improved SEM performance through testing, automation, and creative
• Manage relationships with a large portfolio of ad vendors and partners
• Define and execute a 6-12 month roadmap with milestones
• Experience with TROAS + LTV bidding
• Strong data analytics skills (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling)
