🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.
• 4–7 years in performance, growth, or digital marketing (B2B tech).
• Proven success building regional marketing plans and campaigns.
• Experience across global matrixed teams, sales, and agencies.
• Experience in digital, ABM, and content marketing.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, analytics, heatmaps, and CRM.
