📋 Description

• Own the SMB Ads web strategy and roadmap to grow qualified discovery, signup, and advertiser
• Grow organic discovery through search, content, and GEO. Test new ways to help businesses find and
• Analyze journeys, funnels, and cohorts to identify conversion barriers and prioritize high-impact
• Run experiments across landing pages, messaging, navigation, personalization, offers, and
• Improve the journey from website visit to signup, onboarding, and first campaign with Product and
• Define instrumentation, test design, attribution, and reporting with Data Science and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, web strategy, organic acquisition, conversion
• Strong analytical skills across funnels, cohorts, and customer behavior.
• Proven ownership of web experiences and experimentation programs.
• Ability to connect SEO, content-led discovery, and GEO with customer insight and product judgment.
• Experience translating business opportunities into roadmaps and launched experiences.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution, plus startup or high-growth environment experience.
