📋 Description

• Execute demand-generation campaigns end to end across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Own campaign builds, launches, daily management, optimization and performance improvements across
• Manage campaign timelines and coordinate delivery with the Growth Marketing Manager and wider
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data and proactively identify risks, inefficiencies and
• Develop and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences designed to convert event and webinar
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are properly configured, automated

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across
• Strong practical paid media expertise combined with broader experience in email marketing, nurture
• Demonstrated ability to personally execute campaigns rather than primarily managing external teams
• Execution-first mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work directly in
• Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to identify performance patterns, investigate issues
• Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed about
