📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of Lodgify's affiliate program
• Manage referral program campaigns, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Track and report performance across both programs with actionable insights
• Collaborate with Finance on commissions, payments, and compliance
• Work with Legal on terms and partner agreements
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and cross-team communications

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in affiliate or partner marketing
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
• Proactive and a team player
• Comfortable with data and turning metrics into reports
• Strong communicator with partners
