🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations in internet/fintech/crypto.
Crypto-based wealth products experience preferred.
Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tools skills.
Excellent English and Chinese communication.
Strong execution in fast-paced environments.
Proven experience in user segmentation & lifecycle.
