📋 Description

• Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth
• Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives
• Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behavior, and engagement patterns
• Design targeted strategies and journeys for different user cohorts
• Drive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications, email, and other engagement channels

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto industries; experience
• Solid understanding of financial products, particularly crypto-based offerings (e.g., savings
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Systems thinking: ability to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions
• Strong execution capability with a results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management
