📋 Description

• Translate project requirements into clear contributor job ads, sourcing plans and outreach
• Launch acquisition initiatives through LinkedIn, Talent Match, CRM campaigns, professional
• Use targeted sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and personalised outreach, selectively
• Adapt campaigns to specific languages, countries, areas of expertise, availability and project
• Create clear and engaging messages that encourage relevant contributors to apply and participate.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in growth operations, acquisition, direct sourcing, recruitment
• Hands-on experience building or improving a user, contributor, talent or community funnel.
• Comfortable sourcing niche, multilingual or hard-to-reach profiles through direct outreach and
• Ability to write clear job ads, outreach messages and campaign content.
• Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, talent databases, matching tools
• Understanding of basic funnel metrics such as conversion, activation, retention and acquisition
