🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in strategy/ops roles in digital-first orgs.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Hands-on, able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
